Scrapbooking

Time to school to start again and it’s a perfect time for scrapbooking. September 13 is scheduled as our next crop. What better way to celebrate the end of a hot summer in a cool air conditioned room, Scrapbooking and great meals.

Cost:
The cost is $45.00 full day or $30.00 for a half day
(half day: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Please let us know if you would like to attend the crop. Everyone will receive a 1/2 table for ample cropping space, electricity is readily available, the space is well lit and the food, as always, will be outstanding!

Menu for September:

Breakfast – Breakfast sandwiches (made to order), coffee cake and juice will be served

Lunch – Soup with salad or assorted sandwiches

Snack – Chocolate popcorn and fresh fruit.

Dinner – Oven Chicken, Rice, Roasted fresh vegetables. Eggplant Parm will be available for vegetarians

Dessert – Cake

Coffee-Tea-Soda-Bottled Water available all day

Reservations will be required 1 week prior to the crop and checks can be made out to Milford Elks and mailed to:

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations required 72 hours prior to crop and if not notified , a $10.00 fee will be charged to defer part of the food cost. Please notify us if you cannot make it, so we have ample time to contact people on our waiting list to fill in. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
